Terms, Policies and Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions")described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "MileZone" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

MileZone reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, and/or cancellation. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. All orders outside of the USA and Canada must make Paypal payments only, and be verified.

 

Shipping

We ship products via UPS and USPS depending on the customer’s selection of shipping. 95% of all in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time of order placed. Arrival dates are dependent on location and shipping method selected. Insurance is at the buyer’s digression as we cannot be held responsible for damaged product due to shipping. Pre-Orders We ship all pre-orders automatically as products come in stock. We will only "Hold to ship all items at Once" at customers request. Shipping prices will be adjusted for each pre-order shipping.

 

Out-of-Stock Products

MileZone works hard to keep an exact count of inventory levels of the goods we sell, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be removed from order, and refund made, unless you inform us otherwise at time of placing your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

MileZone wants you to be happy with the product you receive, as we make all attempts to provide you the best product possible. However we cannot be responsible for manufacturer defects in packaging and/or products. If you are unhappy with product you are welcome to return product. You are responsible for shipping this product back to us, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not make refund of any shipping fees we incurred when shipping original order to you.

Because of the nature of the product, all factory sealed case sales are final once case has been opened.  We have no control over quality, condition, or quantity in cases, so we cannot make any concessions for these sales.
